1.太平驿水电站 在经受1992年汛期超标准洪灾后,以崭新的面貌和昂扬的士气进入冬季施工。在施工、监理各方面的大力协助配合下,克服了诸多不利因素带来的困难,终于使工程面貌发生了较为显著的变化,夺回了因洪灾影响而延误的工期。水电七局在一个多月时间,完成了截流的一切准备工作,于1992年11月8日比原计划提前17天胜利完成截流。截流用料共计3569m~3。铁隧道局战胜了国内地下工程罕见的岩爆和箩筐湾沟长大断层破碎带等困难后实现了引水隧洞主洞的贯通。铁18局在遇到大面积塌方段时,能沉着应战,积极主动克服困难,使隧洞进尺突破了年3500m大关,超额完成了年度计划。水电十局承担的主副厂房,不仅完成了第一、二层开挖,已提前进入第三层的开挖。另外桃关沟人工砂石系统生产骨料,基本正常。 2.东西关水电站
