硫酸庆大霉素注射液注射后,病人反映局部疼痛.为了解除病人痛苦,本文设计了含盐酸普鲁卡因的庆大霉素注射液,并对制剂的安全性及稳定性进行了试验。供筛选的处方组成见表1。
In order to relieve the patient’s pain, gentamicin injection containing procaine hydrochloride was designed and the safety and stability of the preparation were tested. The composition of the prescription for screening is shown in Table 1.
