一、概述所谓中小企业,是指与所处行业的大企业相比,其规模、员工人数、资产规模与经营规模都比较小的经济单位。目前,全国工商注册登记的中小企业占全部注册企业总数的99%。中小企业工业总产值、销售收入、实现利税分别占总量的60%、57%和40%;流通领域中,小企业占全国零售网点的90%以上。同时,中小企业大约提供了75%的城镇就业机会。
I. Overview The so-called small and medium-sized enterprises refer to the economic units whose size, number of employees, assets and operating scale are relatively small compared with the large enterprises in their respective industries. At present, the SMEs registered with the industrial and commercial authorities account for 99% of the total number of registered enterprises. Small and medium enterprises accounted for 60%, 57% and 40% of the total industrial output value, sales revenue and realized profits and taxes respectively. Small and medium-sized enterprises accounted for over 90% of the national retail outlets in circulation. At the same time, SMEs provide about 75% of urban employment opportunities.
