纵观我们的传统教学:教师是课堂的中心,主宰着整个课堂,既是导演又是演员,学生则是观众,是看客,他们端坐在下面看老师表演,时不时还为老师的精彩表演鼓掌。这样的课堂显而易见,主人是教师,学生是客人,学生在这样的课堂上是被动的、消极的。新课改理念积极倡导学生是课堂的主人,学习的行为主体是学生。因此,作为一名新形势下的一线教师,怎样把课堂主动权还给学生,让课堂成为学生展示自我的舞台,是一项很重要的课题。下面是我在教学实践中的几点浅显做法,仅供大家参考:
