安徽火炬工贸有限公司研制开发的HJ-10、HJ-20型彩瓦机组已投入生产,该机全部实行自动化,技术先进,价格更合理,效率达到每小时500片。该公司直接投资的合肥意红彩瓦厂也已投入生产,日产5000片,年产量可达到180万片。彩色水泥瓦以水泥、砂及少量化工产品为原料,取材广泛,不需占地取土,不需建窑烧制,整个生产无三废,属节能节土绿色环保项目,国家政策大力扶持推广。彩色水泥瓦与传统瓦比较,品质卓越、经久耐用、美观典雅,在发达国家已被广泛使用,在我国才刚刚起步,前景广阔。
