目的 观察氯胺酮抑制纳络酮引起小鼠吗啡戒断跳跃和其与一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)的关系。方法 用放免法测定cAMP活性 ,用比色法测定NOS活性。结果 纳络酮引起吗啡依赖小鼠戒断跳跃、cAMP含量和NOS活性升高 ;用吗啡和氯胺酮共同处理小鼠 ,则显著抑制纳络酮催促小鼠戒断跳跃、cAMP含量和NOS活性升高的作用。结论 氯胺酮对纳络酮引起戒断跳跃的抑制作用与其通过拮抗NMDA受体以及降低cAMP含量和NOS活性有关
Objective To observe the inhibitory effect of ketamine on the withdrawal of morphine withdrawal and its relationship with nitric oxide synthase (NOS) induced by naloxone in mice. Methods The activity of cAMP was determined by radioimmunoassay and the activity of NOS was determined by colorimetry. Results Naloxone induced morphine withdrawal in mice with withdrawal and increase in cAMP content and NOS activity. Co-treatment with morphine and ketamine significantly inhibited naloxone-induced withdrawal, cAMP content and NOS activity in mice Role. CONCLUSION: The inhibitory effect of ketamine on withdrawal induced by naloxone is related to the inhibition of NMDA receptor, decrease of cAMP content and NOS activity
