1、前言北京石化总厂供水干管,经过芦沟桥西道口地区,须用顶管法穿越铁路干线十余处。这一带路堤较高,又均为砂卵石,极易塌方,是这次顶管穿越面临的有待解决的课题。高复土砂石层中顶管,顶力较大,混凝土管易被挤碎。如何减小顶力是这次顶管的关键。曾在1974年春,于复兴门外西二环路,作了触变泥浆顶管试验。地层为砂质粘土,初步摸索到一些经验(见市政通讯1974年3期)。但在砂石层中,能否起减小磨阻,尚待进一步试验及实践。
