建立了气相色谱-串联质谱法快速测定全棉织物、聚酯织物、羊毛织物、腈纶织物、合成革织物、棉和氨纶复合织物、羊毛和腈纶复合织物、棉和聚酯复合织物、羊毛和聚酯复合织物9类生态纺织品织物中24种禁用偶氮染料的检测方法。不同种类的纺织品根据成分的不同进行了不同的前处理过程,然后用甲醇进行定容。考察了不同样品基质对回收率的影响,方法的定量限为0.05~0.20 mg/kg,不同基质不同浓度的加标回收率在29.4%~102.8%之间(添加水平为0.20、0.40、1.0 mg/kg,n=6),相对标准偏差<6.8%,该方法的检出限小于我国和欧盟检测标准中对24种禁用偶氮染料的限量要求。
