关于中华人民共和国建国时间的确定,曾任毛泽东和刘少奇等中共中央领导人翻译的师哲有过一种说法。按师哲的说法,中共中央原计划在1950年1月1日成立中央人民政府,后因斯大林提议而提前到1949年的10月1日。笔者认为,师哲的说法值得商榷。建立一个新中国,是中国人民多少年来梦寐以求的理想。但在长时间内,由于反动力量远远大于人民革命力量,这种目标还只是个美好的远景。随着解放战争的胜利,中共中央领导人开始考虑这个问题。
Regarding the establishment of the People’s Republic of China as the founding of the People’s Republic, there has been a statement on the part of Shi Zhe, once the leader of CPC Central Committee, such as Mao Zedong and Liu Shaoqi. According to Shizheh, the CPC Central Committee originally planned to set up a Central People’s Government on January 1, 1950, and later on October 1, 1949, because of Stalin’s proposal. In my opinion, the theory of teacher Zhe is debatable. The establishment of a new China is an ideal that the Chinese people have dreamed of for many years. However, for a long period of time this goal is only a bright prospect because the reactionary forces are far greater than the revolutionary forces of the people. With the victory of the war of liberation, the CPC Central Committee leaders began to consider this issue.
