伴随我国市场经济体制的运行,国有企业面临了前所未有的市场冲击与挑战,不少企业亏损严重,职工生活陷入困难。据记者1995年对国有大中型企业云集的辽宁省的调查,国有企业亏损面已达64％,不能正常开工资的职工有几十万人,他们中的一些人进入低收入阶层,因而对正在进行的经济体制改革热情低落,这个问题开始成为影响当前社会安定的重要因素之一。 为此,正确认识和处理国有企业产业工人在市场经济条件下的出路
With the operation of the market economy in our country, state-owned enterprises are facing unprecedented market challenges and challenges. Many enterprises suffered serious losses and their employees’ lives are in a difficult situation. According to a survey conducted by Liaoning Provincial People’s Government on large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises in 1995, the loss scale of state-owned enterprises has reached 64%. This issue has started to become one of the important factors that affect the stability of the current society. Therefore, we must correctly understand and handle the way out for industrial workers in state-owned enterprises under the conditions of a market economy
