教育技巧的必要特征之一就是要有随机应变的能力。有了这种能力,教师才能避免刻板和公式化,才能估量此时此地的情况和特点,以意外造意外,运用适当的手段从意外中得到更大的收获。作为教师,既要教给与培养学生参与未来社会生活所必需的知识与能力,又要善于挖掘发生在我们身边的活教材,并发掘其潜在的情感因素,自然而然地在教学的过程中进行德育渗透。
One of the necessary characteristics of educational skills is the ability to adapt to change. With this ability, teachers can avoid stereotyping and formulating, in order to assess the situation and characteristics here and now, and make more surprises and unexpected gains by accident. As teachers, we should not only teach and cultivate the knowledge and ability necessary for students to participate in the future social life, but also be good at digging live textbooks that occur around us and explore their potential affective factors, so as to naturally make moral education in the teaching process penetration.
