目的了解平阴县3～6岁在园儿童营养健康状况。方法选择平阴县20所个体幼儿园1 081名儿童的体检资料进行回顾性分析。结果 3～6岁儿童患有呼吸道疾病较多,占疾病总人数的70.6%;龋齿发病率高达30%;视力不良发病率14.4%,其中5～6岁视力不良占63.5%;贫血的发病率7.0%;肥胖儿占3.4%;营养不良占0.4%。结论近年来平阴县儿童保健工作的不断深化,营养性疾病的防治已经取得一定的成效,贫血的发病率也处于一个较低的水平,但从数据的分析来看还是有许多潜在的风险,近一步预防呼吸道感染和控制肥胖和超重的发生是我县儿童保健工作的重点内容之一。 Objective To understand the nutritional status of children aged 3-6 years in Pingyin County. Methods The physical examination data of 1 081 children in 20 kindergartens in Pingyin County were retrospectively analyzed. Results Children aged 3 to 6 years had more respiratory diseases, accounting for 70.6% of the total number of cases. The incidence of dental caries was as high as 30%. The incidence of poor eyesight was 14.4%, of which 63.5% were 5 to 6 years old. The incidence of anemia 7.0%; obese children accounted for 3.4%; malnutrition accounted for 0.4%.
