为办好我国建国以来规模宏大的由国家计委主办的首届全国工业企业技术进步成就展览会,国家计委副主任、筹委会主任盛树仁,在展览会筹委会召开的第一次工作会议上阐述了这次展览会的重要性和必要性。认为这是对我国建国40年来,特别是改革开放10多年来,我国工业企业依靠科技进步,利用国内外技术资源,对企业进行技术改造和产品开发取得的重大成果的一次集中汇报和检阅。盛树仁还提到,在展览会期间将召开全国第七次技术进步会议,表彰和奖励技术进步先进企业和优秀产品。同时,这次展览会将与“八五”期间的“三个一批”的规划结合起来,选拔一批企业作为“八五”期间
In order to do a good job in the first large-scale exhibition of achievements in technological progress of industrial enterprises organized by the State Planning Commission since the founding of our nation, Sheng Shuren, deputy director of the State Development Planning Commission and director of the Preparatory Committee, held the first working meeting at the organizing committee of the exhibition On the importance of this exhibition and necessity. He believes that this is a concentrated report and review of the major achievements made by our country's industrial enterprises in relying on scientific and technological progress and using domestic and foreign technical resources for technical transformation and product development over the past 40 years since the founding of our nation, especially over the past decade of reform and opening up. Sheng Shuren also mentioned that during the exhibition, the 7th National Technical Progress Conference will be held to recognize and reward advanced enterprises and excellent products of technological progress. At the same time, this exhibition will be combined with the “three batches” of the plan during the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” period. A batch of enterprises will be selected as the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” period
