以90 kg级结构钢为目标,研究了不同回火加热温度和不同回火保温时间对组织及性能的影响。试验结果表明:回火加热温度对试验钢的组织及力学性能的影响较大,回火保温时间对力学性能具有一定的影响。当回火保温时间在15~60 min之间,各项力学性能变化较小。因此,在回火工艺中有效控制回火温度和回火保温时间有利于得到稳定的组织及性能。
Taking 90 kg grade structural steel as the target, the effects of different tempering heating temperature and different tempering holding time on microstructure and properties were studied. The test results show that the tempering heating temperature has a great influence on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the test steel. The tempering holding time has a certain influence on the mechanical properties. When tempering holding time between 15 ~ 60 min, the mechanical properties of small changes. Therefore, the tempering process effectively control the tempering temperature and tempering holding time is conducive to obtaining a stable structure and properties.
