我国传统养老服务功能弱化,无法满足老年人差异化、多层次的需求,社会养老服务模式应运而生.以河北省现行四种养老服务模式的优缺点、服务内容等作为研究对象,以运行机制、财务机制和监督评估机制为框架,通过对比四种模式的运行效果,分析河北省养老服务模式存在的主要问题,提出理顺管理体制、拓宽投资渠道、培养专业人才、完善监督评估体系等建议,以进一步完善河北省现行养老服务模式,提高老年人生活质量.
