附校“学术大讲堂”系列之教师反思篇(一)

省教科院自成立附属学校的第一天起,就致力于附校教师的培养,注重附校教师的专业成长以激活睿智,提升附校教师的人文素养以铸造师魂,促进附校教师的可持续发展。于是,提升附校软实力,提高全体教师教育内涵和专业能力的创新做法——“学术大讲堂”应运而生。2010年9月5日,中国教育学会顾明远会长应省教科院方展画院长之邀在附属小学为全体教师讲学。10月9日,省教科院附校组织全体老师聆听“草根名师”桐乡三中朱永春老师题为“德育的创新与从虚无走向实在”的德育讲座。其间,顾会长提到了两个案例——案例之一:许多年轻的父母用低矮的推车推着自己的孩子逛商场,或带着孩子漫步于街头,他们满足的看着自己的孩子,欣喜地想着孩子的视野又有了一次扩展。然而当他们偶然蹲下身子与孩子的目光处在同一视线时,他们看到的却是商场中来来往往的顾客的双腿。案例之二:有一次,顾会长带着并不热爱英语学习的女儿和自己的外国朋友游览故宫。在游览过程中,女儿不时地跟外国朋友进行对话交流,女儿很得意。自从这件事过后,女儿对英语的学习产生了浓厚的兴趣,结果一发不可收拾,女儿的外语水平突飞猛进。顾会长讲述的两个案例和朱永春老师“心灵激活”的育人法,引起附校老师的强烈共鸣,并以此结合自己的教学作了深刻反思—— Since its establishment on the first day of the affiliated school, the provincial academy has devoted itself to the training of the attached teachers, paying attention to the professional growth of the attached teachers so as to activate the wisdom and improve the humanistic accomplishment of the attached teachers in order to mold the teacher’s soul and promote the attachment of teachers sustainable development. On September 5, 2010, President Gu Mingyuan of China Education Society should be invited by the Dean of CASS Fang Zhanhua to give lectures at the affiliated elementary schools for all teachers. On October 9, all the teachers in the school attached to the Provincial Academy of Education listened to the lectures on moral education entitled “Innovations in Moral Education and Realization from Morality and Nursing” in Teachers’ In the meantime, President Gu mentioned two cases - one of them: many young parents push their children into shopping malls with low strollers, or take their children to the streets where they meet to look after their children , Delighted to think of the child’s field of vision has been an expansion. However, when they accidentally crouched and children’s gaze in the same line of sight, they saw the legs of customers coming and going in the mall. Case two: Once, President Gu traveled to the Forbidden City with his daughters who did not love English learning and their own foreign friends. During the tour, her daughter talked with foreign friends from time to time, and her daughter was very proud. Since this incident, her daughter has had a keen interest in learning English, and she is out of control. Her daughter’s foreign language skills have grown by leaps and bounds. The two cases mentioned by President Gu and the education of Zhu Yongchun’s teacher, “Mind Activation,” caused a strong resonance among teachers attached to the school and made a profound reflection on the teaching of his own -
