平菇菌种生产,目前主要采用固体菌种接种法和液体发酵种接种法。实践证明,前者菌丝生长速度慢,后者菌丝生长虽然较快,但要求一定的发酵设备和技术条件,一般单位难易做到。为了克服这两种方法的不足之处,作者于1986年试用菌悬液接平菇栽培种,收到了较好效果,现简报如下:
