本文简要介绍了自1958年以来中国含Nb、V和Ti高强度低合金钢的发展现状,总结了在改进现有钢种过程中开展的微合金化研究和微合金钢生产中的一些经验。鉴于中国能源开发、交通运输、轻工农机等领域对节能高效材料的迫切要求,近期内计划大力加强微合金化的基础研究工作,其重点是Nb、V、Ti和REM复合微合金化机制和作为钢的强韧化主要因素的微合金C-N化合物在热形变和冷却过程中溶解析出规律。对于发展适于中国冶金装备状况的微合金钢控轧新工艺也有很大的兴趣。中-西德之间在这领域的技术合作具有广阔的前途。
This paper briefly introduces the development status of Nb, V and Ti high strength low alloy steels in China since 1958, and summarizes some experiences in the research of microalloying and the production of microalloyed steels in the process of improving existing steels. In view of the urgent requirements for energy-saving and high-efficiency materials in China’s energy development, transportation, light industry, agriculture and other fields, the basic research work on microalloying is planned to be intensified in the near future, focusing on the composite micro-alloying mechanisms of Nb, V, Ti and REM and As a main factor of toughening of steel, micro-alloyed CN compounds dissolve and precipitate during heat deformation and cooling. There is also great interest in developing a new microalloyed steel rolling process suitable for China’s metallurgical equipment. China-Germany cooperation in this field has a promising future.
