党的十八届五中全会做出了一对夫妇可生育两个孩子的决定。当前山东省儿科医生缺乏,全面二孩政策的放开必将加剧这种缺乏状态。文章分析了山东省儿科医生缺乏的原因,提出了相应的对策建议。
The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee made the decision of a couple to have two children. The current lack of pediatricians in Shandong Province, the full two-child policy is bound to exacerbate this lack of status. The paper analyzes the reasons for the lack of pediatricians in Shandong Province and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
