以不同Mo含量的简化耐火钢为对象,采用贝氏体化处理与铁素体化处理两种工艺得到铁素体与铁素体+贝氏体组织,运用微观组织分析法研究了不同Mo含量对耐火钢组织与性能的影响。得出的结论是:随着Mo含量的增加,试验耐火钢试样中贝氏体体积分数明显增加,并伴有铁素体/贝氏体复合组织出现。高温下,试验耐火钢组织的含量基本保持不变,贝氏体组织具有较高的稳定性,Mo可以显著提高耐火钢的高温力学性能,但对室温力学性能影响较小。
