前言本文是根据作者指导往届毕业班学生进行西湖山陵风景区道路定綫与設計的一些經驗与体会而写成的。当时,先則依等高綫地形图进行紙上定綫,继則以“坡度控制法”进行实地定綫,并采用“以导綫法測設迴头曲綫”,使测設工作迅速推进。今后如全国能将五千分之一或万分之一的等高綫地形图測繪出来,在必要时甚至可放大为二千分之一来晒图使用,則道路工作者在进行定綫与設計时就有莫大的便利,可以依图先行研究与作紙上定綫,而后进行实地定綫与測設。
