我们研制了螯合树脂(DUOLITE ES 467)化学修饰碳糊电极,并用于人体发样中痕量铜的测定。由于修饰在电极上的螯合树脂与铜离子在进行离子交换的同时发生螯合反应,故本法具有较好的选择性和较高的灵敏度。方法的检出下限为6×10~(-9)mol/L。实测人体样品铜的回收率为108.2±8.3%((?)±s),变异系数=7.7%。
We have developed chelating resin (DUOLITE ES 467) chemically modified carbon paste electrode, and for the determination of trace copper in human hair samples. Since the chelating resin and the copper ion modified on the electrode undergo chelation reaction while carrying out ion exchange, the present method has better selectivity and higher sensitivity. The lower limit of detection was 6 × 10 ~ (-9) mol / L. The recovery rate of copper in human samples was 108.2 ± 8.3% (± s), and the coefficient of variation was 7.7%.
