Objective: To investigate the ideal venous treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). Methods: A retrospective study was conducted in 140 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease according to different venous treatment methods and divided into A, B and C groups. The curative effects and adverse reactions of the three groups were compared. Results: ① Comparison of curative effect: The curative effect of group C at the first follow-up was better than that of group A and group B (P <0.05). ② adverse reactions: A group and C adverse reactions was significantly lower than the B group. Conclusion: There are differences in efficacy and adverse reactions between different PID treatment plans. Group C is safe for treating PIDs.
