论文部分内容阅读
针对东北农业大学植物保护专业人才培养模式过于陈旧、课程设置过于宽泛、实践教学与实际生产脱钩、教师缺少实践技能、学生的各类实习及毕业论文等过于形式化和任务化等问题,提出以人才培养为核心、加强课程设置和教学活动中的实践性、重视和细化实习和毕业论文的教学方式和内容、加强专业教师实践技能的培养等,为今后植物保护专业或其他相关学科复合型人才培养提供借鉴。
Aiming at such problems as over-aged cultivation of plant protection professionals in Northeast Agricultural University, over-provisioning of curricula, decoupling of practice teaching and actual production, lack of practical skills of teachers, over-formalization and task-setting of all kinds of internships and graduation papers for students, Personnel training as the core, to strengthen the practice of curriculum and teaching activities, emphasis and refinement of internship and thesis teaching methods and content, and strengthen the training of professional teachers and other practical skills for future plant protection professional or other related disciplines Training personnel to provide reference.
