一、前言钢管生产轧制成材后,有的产品尚需进行热处理,以适应工艺要求和改善钢管机械加工性能。为提高钢管退火质量和生产发展的需要,我厂在无缝钢管车间建造了明火加热辊底式连续热处理炉,具有上马快,可以处理各种高质量的钢材,而且效果显著。它优于间歇式生产的车底式、室式、罩式和外部机械化等热处理炉。经多年生产实践证明,这种炉型在产量和质量上均能满足热处理要求。该炉结构简单,是一种适合我国国情的较好炉型。二、热处理工艺要求及炉型选择辊底式热处理炉是以满足碳素结构钢、低合金结构钢及部份高合金钢的再结晶退火,高温回火等热处理制度。再结晶退火主要用于冷拨,冷拉后的钢管。因为钢材在冷拔、拉后晶
