矿山是一个温暖的大家庭 地处塞北的大同矿务局同家梁矿是一个有四万多职工、家属的大“家庭”。众多成员在这个特殊的大家庭里工作、生活,演绎着人生的酸甜苦辣。随着改革开放的不断深入,社会主义市场经济的完善,给人们的生活带来巨大的变化。但由于每个成员境遇不同,情况各异,尽管都生活在“按劳取酬,多劳多得”的原则之下,有的就富裕些,有的就难免“捉襟见肘”的尴尬
