缺铁性贫血(IDA)是小儿最常见的一种营养性疾病,发病原因主要由于喂养不当,食物中铁含量不足或吸收不良所引起。据世界卫生组织和1982年我国小儿血液病成都会议建议,6个月至小于7岁之小儿血红蛋白(Hb)<11g/dl 为主要诊断指标之一。我国小儿贫血患病率约为43.03%。本病对小儿特别是婴幼儿智、体发育影响甚大。为有效地防治本病,我院儿科与七里河区妇幼保健站协作,用铁强化饼干及补血冲剂(分别由食品厂和本院药械科协助制备),于1984年12月至85年1月对兰州市部分托幼机构幼儿和学龄前儿童173名(防治组117名、
