笔者认为,在新劳动法执行实施后,企业HR应当要办六件大事。第一件大事:招聘程序要更规范、合法以前许多企业在招聘过程中没有建立完整的招聘体系,许多HR经理在本质上是企业老板在兼任,表面的HR经理或主管或总监只不过是挡风墙,这种组织结构和权力异化的模式导致了招聘中的漏洞,因为现在国内企业老板特别是中小企业老板绝大部分都是营销或销售出身,对HR管理体系根本不专业,不了解,更谈不上战略规划人力资源体系,可问题是,专业的说了不算,不专业的说了算,于是体系出现了漏洞,问题难免就发生了。
