当知识产权法全球化被放置于技术性贸易壁垒的背景下考察时,该进程的目的似乎并不单一。事实上,知识产权法的全球化与TBT有着某种意义上相互依存,相互推进的关系。
When the globalization of intellectual property law is placed in the context of technical barriers to trade, the purpose of the process does not seem to be unique. In fact, the globalization of intellectual property law and TBT have a certain sense of interdependence and mutual promotion.
