高校教师在形势与政策课程备课和教学过程中,不仅要对形势与政策教学内容把握准确,还要充分结合所在学院学生特点,提高针对性,用好课堂教学这个主渠道,形成形势与政策课规范化教学模式,着力在学生最关注的问题上下功夫。而形势与政策课教学实效性的提高,有赖于优化课程设置,完善教学内容;规范教学秩序、灵活教学形式;创新教学的方法与手段,对大学生成长成才的特点的把握,特别是对于当今中国社会热点问题的正确引导等。
