本实验目的在于用促性腺激素诱导未成熟大鼠排卵的实验模型测定排卵过程中卵巢孕酮、雌二醇和前列腺素(PGs)的含量及抗排卵制剂对其的影响。Wistar 大鼠,22天时断奶,按体重(40~50g)均匀分配到各实验组(n=10)。在第23天皮下注射孕马血清促性腺激素(PMSG)。25天皮下注射人绒毛膜促性腺激索(hCG)。12h 后开始排卵。在给hCG前1h,每鼠皮下注射消炎痛(IND)
The purpose of this experiment was to determine the ovarian progesterone, estradiol and prostaglandin (PGs) levels during ovulation and the effects of anti-ovulation agents on the experimental model of ovulation induced by gonadotrophin in immature rats. Wistar rats were weaned at 22 days and equally distributed to each experimental group (n = 10) by body weight (40-50 g). On day 23, pregnant mare serum gonadotropin (PMSG) was injected subcutaneously. Subcutaneous injection of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) on day 25. After 12h ovulation began. 1 h prior to hCG, each mouse was injected subcutaneously with indomethacin (IND)
