菌种是滑菇生产的根本,选择适于本地气候条件的优良菌种是获得高产的关键。因此,栽培滑菇必须选用品系优良、质量又好的菌种。选用菌种要因地制宜。目前,我省栽培的滑菇品种有极早生、早生、中生和晚生种。极早生和早生品种不耐高温,而中、晚生种菌丝耐高温能力较强。在夏季高温年份,中、晚生菌种出菇好,反之则是早生菌种出菇好。在我省的东部山区,极早生、早生菌种出菇早,转潮快,产菇集中平均每箱单产鲜菇1.3—2.2公斤。而中、晚生菌种每箱产鲜菇只有1—1.9公斤。在我省气
