以Fluent6.3为计算平台,采用数值模拟方法研究了电磁制动不同参数下宽板坯高拉速结晶器内的流场。结果表明,电磁制动可有效控制结晶器内钢液的流动,改变钢液的流动方向,改善钢液上下环流区的分配率。在静磁场作用下,上部环流区的流动增强,下部环流区流动减弱,自由液面的波动减轻。
Taking Fluent6.3 as a computing platform, the numerical simulation method was used to study the flow field in a wide slab high-speed casting mold with different parameters of electromagnetic brake. The results show that the electromagnetic brake can effectively control the flow of molten steel in the mold, change the flow direction of the molten steel and improve the distribution ratio of the upper and lower recirculation zone of molten steel. Under the action of static magnetic field, the flow in the upper circulation area is enhanced, the flow in the lower circulation area is weakened, and the fluctuation of the free surface is reduced.
