全生育期,马铃薯丰产群体和一般群体植株的叶片和茎秆非还原糖含量的日变化趋势相同,呈昼高夜低的抛物线式变化。叶片中非还原糖含量始终较低,日变幅不大。茎秆中非还原糖含量及日变化幅度均随生育进程而增大,前期一般群体较高,后期丰产群体较高。各生育时期,两群体植株块茎非还原糖含量及日变化大体一致,基本呈夜高昼低的变化趋势,且变幅较小,其含量均随生育时期的推移而逐渐降低。全生育期,两群体叶片非还原糖含量始终最低,块茎的含量前中期最高,后期茎秆含量最高,其次是块茎,叶片最低。
During the whole growth period, the diurnal variation trend of non-reducing sugar content in leaves and stems of potato high-yield population and general population was the same, showing a parabolic change in daytime and nighttime low. Leaf non-reducing sugar content is always low, small daily change. The content of non-reducing sugars and the diurnal variation of stems increased with the growth process, the general population was higher in the early stage and the high-yielding population was in the late stage. The contents of non-reducing sugars and diurnal changes of tubers in two groups were almost the same at all growth stages, basically showing the trend of low daytime and low daylight, and the variation range was small. The contents of non-reducing sugars gradually decreased with the growth of the two groups. During the whole growth period, the content of non-reducing sugars in the two groups was the lowest, the content of tubers was the highest in the middle and the middle and the highest in the late stage, followed by the tubers and the lowest in the leaves.
