目的分析Bcl-2蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达与临床、病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学PV法检测Bcl-2在38例浸润性乳腺癌及正常组织中的表达情况,分析Bcl-2的表达与肿瘤临床、病理特征等的关系。结果①Bcl-2在乳腺癌中的阳性表达率66%。②Bcl-2阳性表达率与淋巴结有无转移、肿物直径、绝经与否、病理分期及两者之间无相关性(P>0.05)。③Bcl-2阳性表达率与组织学分级之间呈负相关(P<0.05)。④Bcl-2阳性表达率与雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)之间呈正相关。结论 Bcl-2蛋白在乳腺癌的预后判断方面具有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the relationship between the expression of Bcl-2 protein and clinicopathological features in breast cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical PV method was used to detect the expression of Bcl-2 in 38 cases of invasive breast cancer and normal tissues. The relationship between the expression of Bcl-2 and clinical and pathological characteristics of the tumor was analyzed. Results ① The positive rate of Bcl-2 in breast cancer was 66%. ② There was no correlation between the positive rate of Bcl-2 and lymph node metastasis, tumor diameter, menopause or not, pathological stage and both (P> 0.05). ③ The positive rate of Bcl-2 was negatively correlated with histological grade (P <0.05). The positive rate of Bcl-2 was positively correlated with estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR). Conclusion Bcl-2 protein is of great significance in the prognosis of breast cancer.
