故障现象一:一台HW833(12)P/TSD(LCD)型无绳电话机,摘机无拨号音。分析与检修:测外线电压仅20V左右,判定该机电路中存在短路,首先拆下脉冲与开关控制管Q15(型号为AIO13),测其被击穿,更换Q15后该机仍无声。测摘机时外线电压为4V,说明该机仍存在短路现象,检查Q15的c极负载,发现ZDB短路损坏,更换一只15V稳压管后,话机恢复正常。
Symptom 1: A HW833 (12) P / TSD (LCD) type cordless telephone with no dial tone. Analysis and Overhaul: Measure the external line voltage only 20V or so, determine the circuit there is a short circuit, first remove the pulse and switch control tube Q15 (model AIO13), measured it was breakdown, the replacement Q15 machine is still silent. When the pick-up machine outside voltage is 4V, indicating that the machine is still short-circuit phenomenon, check the Q15 c-pole load and found ZDB short circuit damage, replace a 15V regulator, the phone back to normal.
