科学地判断形势,是我们党在各个历史时期制定和实施正确的路线、方针、政策的基础。为此,党的十六大把提高科学判断形势的能力,作为面向新世纪党的执政能力建设五个方面的首要任务,并且指出提高科学判断形势的能力,要善于进行理论思维和战略思维。本文所要论及的是,理论思维和战略思维对科学判断形势的作用,以及我们如何提高理论思维和战略思维的素质,从而提高科学判断形势的能力。
Scientifically judging the situation is the basis for our party to formulate and implement the correct line, principles and policies in various historical periods. Therefore, the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has taken as its top priority the development of the party’s ability to govern in the new century and pointed out that it is good at carrying out theoretical thinking and strategic thinking in order to improve the ability to scientifically judge the situation. What this article addresses is the role of theoretical thinking and strategic thinking in judging the situation of science and how we can improve the quality of theoretical thinking and strategic thinking to improve the ability of scientific judgment of the situation.
