抓学习,强理论素质理论素质是干部素质的灵魂和基础,要提高干部的理论素质,一个重要的途径就是学习、学习、再学习。只有坚持不懈地加强学习,才能在大是大非面前保持清醒头脑,才能在工作中增强原则性、系统性、预见性和创造性。时下,一些基层干部包括有的领导干部对理论学习的兴趣不浓,自觉性不高,思想上存在着程度不同的模糊认识,诸如“无用论”、“无空论”等,都制约着理论学习的深入,影响理论素质的提高。因此,抓好学习就成为提高广大干部理论素质的当务之急。当前,我们应着力在以下三个方面下功夫。一是在提高学习自觉性上下功夫。从提高认识入手,增强广大干部对理论学习重要性的认识;从端正态度入 Grasping Learning and Strong Theoretical Quality The theoretical quality is the soul and foundation of the quality of cadres.
