目的对塑料条快速ELISA诊断日本血吸虫病的影响因素进行分析，并建立规范化的操作方法。方法比较抗原、待检血清、酶结合物和底物等因素对检测结果的影响，选择最佳操作流程，并与塑料条ELISA、常规ELISA方法进行比较。结果选择了抗原、待检血清、酶结合物和底物的最佳实验条件，确立了规范化的塑料条快速ELISA操作流程，并与塑料条ELISA，常规ELISA进行了比较。3种检测方法的敏感性分别为95．0％、96．0％、95．0％，特异性均为99．0％。结论 塑料条快速ELISA方法具有与常规方法相近似的敏感性和特异性，且方法简捷，适于现场应用。
Objective To analyze the influential factors of rapid ELISA for diagnosis of schistosomiasis japonica in plastic strips and to establish a standardized operation method. Methods The effects of antigens, serum to be tested, enzyme conjugate and substrate on the test results were compared. The best procedure was selected and compared with plastic strip ELISA and routine ELISA. Results The optimal experimental conditions of antigen, serum to be tested, enzyme conjugate and substrate were established. The standardized ELISA procedure of plastic strip was established and compared with plastic strip ELISA and routine ELISA. The sensitivities of the three detection methods were 95.0%, 96.0% and 95.0%, respectively, with the specificity of 99.0%. Conclusion The plastic strip ELISA method has the similar sensitivity and specificity as conventional methods, and the method is simple and suitable for field application.
