该文概要介绍了大港油田港西四区聚合物驱基本失效后进行井组微生物驱油先导试验的情况。针对港西四区的油藏条件筛选出的微生物菌种,可在港西四区的油水体系中繁殖生长。在51℃的条件下,微生物与港西四区原油作用,可使原油粘度降低27.3%~44.8%,油水界面张力降低约50%。岩心物理模拟试验结果表明:微生物驱油采收率可提高0.5%~3%。先导试验于1995年10月12日开始,历时一个月,共注入菌液66m3,总计注入菌液及驱替液6426m3。到1996年6月底,受益的5口油井,累积增油925t,含水率平均下降了1.5个百分点,收到降水增油效果,取得明显的经济效益。
This paper gives an overview of the pilot study of microbial flooding in a well group after the polymer flooding in Port 4, Port Dagang Oilfield has basically failed. The microbial strains screened for reservoir conditions in the four districts of western Hong Kong can be multiplied and grown in the oil and water system in the four districts of Western Hong Kong. Under the condition of 51 ℃, the effect of microorganism and crude oil in the four districts of Hong Kong West can reduce the viscosity of crude oil by 27.3% -44.8% and the interfacial tension of oil-water by about 50%. The core physical simulation test results show that microbial oil recovery can be increased by 0.5% ~ 3%. Pilot test started on October 12, 1995, which lasted a month, a total of 66m3 bacterial liquid injection, a total of infusion of bacteria and flooding 6426m3. By the end of June 1996, the five oil wells that benefited from this project accumulated 925 tons of oil and the water content decreased by an average of 1.5 percentage points. As a result, the oil and water receiving effects of precipitation and precipitation have achieved obvious economic benefits.
