建设部房地产业司司长宋春华日前在深圳召开的’93中国住宅与房地产展示会新闻发布会上发表讲话谈到去年我国房地产市场宏观调控的情况以及今年我国房地产业的工作重点。他说:“中央实行的房地产市场宏观调控政策和房地产开发经营机构检查工作已经取得明显成效。主要反映在以下五个方面:1.房地产开发规模高速膨胀的势头有所减缓。2.房地产开发公司的盲目增长得到控制。3.房地产投资结构得到调整,住宅比重明显提高。4.房地产价格稳中有降。5.房地产市场秩序好转。宋司长说今年和今后一段时期,我国的房地产市场管理,要把培育和发展房地产市场体系作为重点工作来抓:一是健全市场体系。首先管好出让市场,这是关键,同时要管好转让市场,这是重点,都要遵
