最近,盐城市企业管理协会组织的第一期人力资源开发与管理培训班,赴加拿大多伦多大学和Seneea学院接受为期18天的培训,圆满地完成了CBE课程(以能力为基础的教育)、DACUM(“职业模式“分析)、HRM(人力资源管理)等三门课程的学习。加拿大企业内部所实行的全面赏酬的资源分配策略对员工所起的激励和导向作用(如能较持久地保持工作的主动性、创造性和积极性;员工有强烈的创新意识,敢于挑战,勇于竞争,追求成功;不断提高岗位工作水准和劳动技能;形成讲职业道德文明的社会风气等),给我们以深刻的启迪。
