研究了ZL101铝合金的拉伸断裂行为。结果表明,合金断口微观形貌具有典型的准解理特征。合金第二相沿断口边缘分布,存在3种断裂形式。当部分区域集中的应力大于第二相颗粒的断裂强度时,颗粒碎裂。
The tensile fracture behavior of ZL101 aluminum alloy was studied. The results show that the microstructure of the fracture surface has typical quasi-cleavage characteristics. The second phase of the alloy is distributed along the edge of the fracture and there are 3 types of fracture. When the stress concentration in part of the region is greater than the breaking strength of the second phase particles, the particles are fragmented.
