本文推荐并研究了作为长途传输媒质的同轴光纤.这种光纤由纤芯、内包层和外包层构成,并且内包层的折射率比纤芯和外包层大,因此导模在内包层中是集总场,而在纤芯和外包层中是迅衰场.我们采用精确的模式分析,给出了多模同轴光纤的特性曲线.结果表明:只要折射率差和光纤尺寸选择恰当,就可以使零色散波长位于任何所希望的值上.在制造的简便程度和色散特性两方面,所推荐的同轴光纤完全比得上已知的W型光纤.
In this paper, the coaxial fiber as a long-distance transmission medium is recommended and studied. The fiber consists of a core, an inner cladding and an outer cladding, and the inner cladding has a higher refractive index than the core and the outer cladding, Lumped field, but in the core and the outer cladding is the rapid decline of the field.We use the accurate mode analysis, given the multimode coaxial fiber characteristic curve.The results show that: as long as the refractive index difference and the optical fiber size is selected properly, The zero-dispersion wavelength can be located at any desired value.The recommended coaxial optical fiber is comparable to the known W-type optical fiber both in terms of ease of manufacture and dispersion characteristics.
