①目的探讨酒精和香烟烟雾联合染毒对雄性小鼠生殖细胞的毒性作用。②方法实验设高、中、低3个剂量组;酒精分别为每天4,2,1g/kg给小鼠灌胃;同时各组被动吸入香烟烟雾4支/42升,持续时间分别为8,4,1min,1次/d,连续5d后,观察小鼠精子的形态并做精原细胞染色体畸变分析。③结果高、中剂量组的精子畸形率明显升高,与对照组比较差异有显著性(t=5.322,7.623,P<0.01);高、中、低剂量组的精原细胞染色体畸变率、畸变细胞率及染色体数量异常细胞率都明显升高,与对照组比较差异有显著意义(t=8.632~16.235,P<0.01),且有明显的剂量-反应关系。④结论酒精并香烟烟雾联合染毒对雄性小鼠生殖细胞具有遗传学损伤作用,这种毒作用可影响精子形成过程的两个阶段——精原细胞增殖时间和精子在附睾内成熟时间。

Conclusion The combined alcohol and cigarette smoke exposure has a genetic damage effect on germ cells in male mice. This toxic effect can affect two stages of spermatogenesis-spermatogonia proliferation and spermatogenesis in the epididymis.
