2001年11月5日,平顶山工业职业技术学院驻深圳办事处迎来了一批等待安置的特殊客人——14名特困职工子女。这是平煤集团公司工会为了给特困职工家庭“造血”,委托该院培训的特困职工子女电子短训班的结业生。经过办事处的周密安排及用人单位的紧张招聘考试后,特困职工子女冯艳华踏进了长城计算机公司的大门;父亲工亡的王耀军等人被位于布吉的港资公司凯信达录用;其父患鼻咽癌的吴记被招到了保安区的美资企业……仅一个星期之内,全部学生录用上岗。他们每月除去吃住,可节余400~700元用于添置个人物品和补贴家用。至此,平煤集团公司工会的“造血”行动已初见成效。
