由陕西省宝鸡峡灌溉管理局进行的“QB-90型气力泵水库清淤试验”,经过三年多的辛勤努力,取得丰硕成果。于1984年10月通过了技术鉴定。该项试验取得七个专题研究成果,即气力泵行星式铰刀、电磁自动压缩空气分配器、泵体结构型式、船体和泵体同步移动、不同空压量清淤效果、延长排浑距及水下旋耕式铰刀等试验研究及气力泵的初步计算方法。鉴定认为,这项科研成果已达国内先进水平。该项试验是在宝鸡峡引渭灌区的王家崖水库结合抽浑灌溉进行的。在扬程12米,淤积物平均粒径0.05毫米具体条件下,QB-90型气力泵清淤装置,输浑排沙平均浓度达40%(重量比,每立方米浑水含沙量534公斤)以上,每小时清淤量达37吨以上。以每年工作3000小时计,年清淤能力可超过10万吨。清淤成本每立方米泥沙约0.6元。气力泵是一种新泵型,无高速运转的吸排泥部件,故基本上不存在泥沙磨损问题,装置制作简单、维修量小,可靠性高,是一种造价和运行成本较低的水下清淤机械。气力泵主要用于底孔、放水洞、水电站压力管口附近狭窄水面、深水条件下清淤。在各类挖泥船无法开挖情况下,气力泵可发挥其独特作用。对开展异重流排沙、滞洪排沙、高渠泄水冲滩的水库,可利用气力泵疏通、保持闸前的冲刷漏斗,同时,气力泵也可用于船闸、船坞、航道、港口的清淤。
