目的:研究固相微萃取膜萃取条件对氯氮平提取效果的影响,建立固相微萃取膜技术提取氯氮平方法。方法:通过改变固相微萃取膜的膜浸泡吸附时间,酸性条件,超声时间,样品种类和浓度等,比较样品中氯氮平提取效果,选择最佳萃取条件,气相色谱法分析水样和尿样中氯氮平含量。结果:通过适当加大样品浓度、延长吸附时间,调节样品pH值为7,将超声技术引用到水样和尿样中膜解析过程,可有效提高固相微萃取膜对样品中氯氮平的提取率。结论:建立的水样和尿样中氯氮平的固相微萃取膜萃取方法,过程简单、检材及耗材用量少、提取率较高,杂质干扰少,可用于液体样品中氯氮平的提取。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of extraction conditions of solid phase microextraction membrane on the extraction of clozapine, and to establish a method of extracting clozapine by solid phase microextraction membrane technology.
