马克思奠定的计划经济理论,是未来社会经济运行形式的科学预想所构建成的体系。这个理论体系的前提是单一的社会所有制和商品生产的消亡。显然,现阶段社会主义社会是不具备这些前提的。本文从计划经济理论发展的历史回顾入手,指出传统计划经济理论的基本特点和主要缺陷,着重论证计划经济和商品经济的统一是历史的、理论的和现实的统一,有计划的商品经济是对社会主义计划经济特征的最完整最准确的表述。
The planned economy theory laid down by Marx is a system constructed by the scientific expectation of the future social and economic operation form.
