从朝鲜产蛇床子中提取挥发油,应用气相色谱-质谱-计算机联用技术对其化学成分进行了分离和鉴定,所得66个化合物中已推断的有丁烯-[2]、戊酸异丙酯、α-蒎烯、莰烯、β-蒎烯、月桂烯、间伞花烃、柠檬烯、γ-萜品醇、里哪醇、龙脑、桃金娘烯醛、二氢香芹酮、马鞭烯酮、反香芹烯醇、醋酸龙脑酯、醋酸(牛龙)牛儿醇酯、反丁香烯、β-甜没药烯、异丁酸(牛龙)牛儿醇酯等43个化合物,除蒎烯、莰烯外在蛇床子中均属首次发现。本材料中未发现文献记载的异戊酸龙脑酯。
The volatile oil was extracted from Cnidium monnieri from North Korea and its chemical constituents were separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry-computerized technique. In addition to terpenes and terpenes, they are found for the first time in Cnidium monnieri. No isonyl isovalerate is described in the literature.
